COST:
-EARLY BIRD (through September 10th): $125 per student and advisor (spouses include as advisors and bus drivers)
-NORMAL PRICING Starting Sept 11: $150 per student and advisor (spouses include as advisors and bus drivers)
STEPS TO REGISTER:
1. Your school's OASC Dues of $100.00 for August 1, 2022 - July 31, 2023 must be current and paid.
2. Complete and submit this online registration form.
3. Cache High School will invoice you through email.
4. Print the confirmation email (advisor will receive).
5. Advisor and Principal must sign the email.
6. Mail the confirmation of payment to Cache High School by October 15, 2022. All PO's must be paid in full by Winter Break.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
-ADVISORS ONLY (not students) must complete and submit this form to register.
-Each school has 13 SPOTS (This includes all school students and advisors).
-Advisors are responsible for obtaining a complete health form for each delegate and keeping it with them throughout State Convention. Health Forms will not be turned in during registration. It is the responsibility of the advisor to have this information for all delegates from their school. OASC/Cache are not providing health forms and no online health form will be available - please use your school health form for your delegates.
-EACH DELEGATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A COVID WAVIER. THESE WAVIERS WILL BE COLLECTED AT REGISTRATION. This form will be sent to schools prior to the convention.
-If State Convention is held and you register, your school will be responsible for full payment even if you do not attend.
