STEP 1
Complete all revalidation checklist of requirements
STEP 2
Request Order of Payment Slip at aircraftreg@caap.gov.ph with attached Notarized Application form (Kindly input subject: REQUEST FOR ORDER OF PAYMENT SLIP | (indicate approved reg. mark) - (indicate COMPANY NAME) e.g. REQUEST FOR ORDER OF PAYMENT SLIP | RP-U123A - JUAN DELA CRUZ CORP.
You may opt to settle the amount at CAAP office or coordinate with cashiering@caap.gov.ph for online transaction.
STEP 3
After the completion of Registration requirements, the applicant shall submit the application package to the Central receiving office - Flight Standard Inspectorate Service (FSIS) for proper routing of the said package.
FSIS shall encode and input a reference number for monitoring and endorse the application package to Airworthiness Department.
Airworthiness Department shall encode and input in AWD monitoring for proper endorsement to the respective Division (EARD).
The Engineering and Aircraft Registration Division shall assign and endorse to Aircraft Registration Section for processing of the application package.
Aircraft Registration Section shall encode and input in ARS monitoring for proper assignment to Registration personnel of the application package.
Registration personnel shall process the said application package - Evaluation of Package, CASORT Entry, Printing of validity in O.R., and updating in Aircraft Registry Database.
Note: If the application package is incomplete, Aircraft Registration Section shall notify the Applicant via email of Notification Pending Letter.
Registration Officer shall endorse the processed application package to Chief EARD for approval on the attached revalidated OR.
Pursuant to CAAP Approved Citizens Charter Revalidation of Registration, a five (5) working days is required to process the said revalidation.
