Registration
STEP 1
Reservation for RPA Registry Mark (Application Forms) NOTE: PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AT THE BACK OF THE FORM AND KINDLY SEND A COPY OF THE REQUIRED APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS UPON SUBMISSION.
Wait for the approval - This will be part of Documentary Checklist of Requirements (Processing of Reservation of Registration Marking: five (5) working days)
STEP 2
Complete all registration requirements (Original RPA Checklist of Requirements)
STEP 3
Request Order of Payment Slip at aircraftreg@caap.gov.ph with attached Notarized Application form (Kindly input subject: REQUEST FOR ORDER OF PAYMENT SLIP | (indicate approved reg. mark) - (indicate COMPANY NAME) e.g. REQUEST FOR ORDER OF PAYMENT SLIP | RP-U123A - JUAN DELA CRUZ CORP.
You may opt to settle the amount at CAAP office or coordinate with cashiering@caap.gov.ph for online transaction.
STEP 4
Before completing all registration requirements, you must prepare your RPA to be inspected by Aircraft Registration Personnel, kindly bring your RPA at Aircraft Registration Office along with the COMPLETE application package.
Ensure that the given Registration Marking is already installed in your RPA Unit. see attached Sample Photos .
If the RPA is not within Metro Manila or you're not able to transport the RPA at CAAP, you may request for inspection (see sample letter for inspection: Sample Letters) and the applicant shall coordinate with ARS personnel for scheduling of inspection.
After the inspection, and the application package is complete without any discrepancies, Aircraft Registration Section shall process for the Assistant Director General II (ADG-II, FSIS) recommendation to the Director General’s consideration/approval the original Certificate of Registration with maximum of validity period of twelve (12) months (MC-21-12).
Pursuant to CAAP Approved Citizens Charter Original Certificate of Registration, a nineteen (19) working days is required to process the said certification.
