 It's advisable to enrol pupils using @c2ken.net usernames so only those you invite can join.Â
OPTION 2: Pupils self-enroll using the code

This is a great way to give students access when they are with you in class.Â
It is best not so share class codes electronically and they should never be shared on social media.Â
Codes should be disabled via Class Settings once all the class are enrolled.Â

Paste your class usernames into the spreadsheet below and it will give you the full @c2ken.net version which you can paste into Google Classroom or Shared Drives | Manage Members.

To do this:
 Take a copy of this Google Sheet
Copy your class usernames into column C.Â
Paste the full email address from Column E into Google Classroom.Â
If class lists of pupil usernames are not available, these videos show how they can be obtained from SIMS
