Opt-in and Set-up

School Principals opt-in via C2k Exchange | School Services tab | Information Management | C2k Google Workspace for Education.

Accounts are usually available for all school users within 3-5 working days.

 The Google Workspace tab will appear after clicking View All in My-School.

No, everything will be set up for all teaching, non-teaching staff and students to start using Google Workspace.

There are a number of ways such as:

• via the Google Classroom icon on the My School Launch panel (and then on the Apps Launcher / waffle icon top right to access the other tools

• via www.drive.google.com or www.classroom.google.com and signing in with your C2k username in the following format jbloggs123@C2ken.net

• signing into Chrome at the top right of your Chrome browser and clicking on the Apps Launcher / waffle icon top right to access the tools

C2k email addresses use @en.net (EN=Education Network) but continue to redirect from @ni.net

 Yes, schools can contact C2k to request in-school training or support. We also aim to invite one or two staff to a half-day hands-on introductory training  session in one of centres following opt-in.
