Digital Schools Awards NI: a Self-Evaluative Programme

Open to Primary the and Post-Primary sectors, Digital Schools Awards is a self-evaluative, self-paced programme helping schools review their digital technology progress against five criteria: 

• Digital Technology Strategy

• Integration in the Curriculum

• School Digital Technology Culture

• Continuing Professional Development 

• Resources and Infrastructure

When ready, schools upload their supporting documentation and request a validation visit (around 2hrs).

Schools that are successful are awarded Digital Schools Status along with ongoing support. Schools that do not meet the criteria receive feedback, guidance and support to reapply for validation.
