Homework and completed pages
Yellow folders (as needed)
Snacks (in a separate, labeled bag am & pm/ no nuts)
Lunch or prepare for school lunch choice
Water bottle labeled with your child’s name
Extra clothes (in case of accidents or spills)
Remind your child to:
Tell their teacher what they plan to eat for lunch (important for school meal planning).
Sent home Fridays
Contains school papers and your child’s work
Please:
Remove papers at home
Return the folder on Monday
Send 2–3 healthy snacks (no nuts) in a separate, labeled bag from lunch (am & pm).
Snacks stay in your child’s backpack.
Lunches go in a designated lunch bin.
Water bottles stay in the classroom.
All items should be labeled with your child’s name.
Discuss lunch options with your child each morning.
Your child should be prepared to tell their teacher their lunch choice.
The kitchen uses this information to prepare enough food.

Children may bring small goodie bags for classmates on their birthday.
No homemade treats due to allergy concerns. Store bought and prepackaged treats are acceptable.
If your child is having a party outside of school, they may bring invitations only if the entire class is invited.
There are 25 students in our class.
We support children as they learn to do things on their own. Please help your child practice:
Buckling and unbuckling their seatbelt
Packing and unpacking their backpack
Using school supplies like scissors and glue
Buttoning and zipping their clothing
Cleaning up after themselves
Opening their own snacks and lunch containers
Using the bathroom independently and cleaning up
Tying their shoes
