The material is supposed to be a mineral conveyor belt material
When using the panning node, I hooked it up to the textures for the materials as well as the stone textures that are only plugged into the WPO
I turned the pattern into a height map in Substance Painter then plugged the height map into the World Position Offset.
In Photoshop, using a standard brush, I created 3 stone patterns and made them into textures. I used a Time node, plugged it into the Multiply and sued the ScalarParameter node to adjust the speed to a high number in order to create the shaking effect which the Sine node also helps with.
