1. For an Model, piece of art you do, or simulation - please make a QR code and print it out (that way EVERYBODY can see what you did and your explanations!)
http://www.qrstuff.com/ it's quite simple - just copy/paste the url, and it automatically creates.
2. Full body map of muscles? Go to StuCo and get 2 long sheets of white paper.. trace/draw a body. Remember everything needs to be labeled.
3. IF you are going to the Fitness Center to do exercises, record and make a movie - WATCH the sound! It will be completely awful from your microphone. You will need to do voice overs. If you use the sound from your iphone/ipad - it will NOT be a good project! AND - pick machines/equipment that DOESN'T have pics already on it (like squats, hanging abs, maybe some stuff against the wall) Make signs for your QR codes.. as in get some cardstock from the copy room, go to http://www.qrstuff.com/ Input the video url, and it will make a QR code that corresponds to your video (preferrably YouTube or Vimeo) On your voice overs, I expect labels, and arrows showing what the motion is, and how to properly do an exercise. If you JUST do you sorta-kinda-explaining... not a great grade! (I mean.. if you want to make it REALLY cool... maybe draw the muscles on you... like on your arms, legs, or wear a tight sweatshirt that has the muscles drawn on.. and it will show HOW the muscle contracts!)
4. I can guarantee anybody who does muscle contraction is just going to get a better grade! It's harder, it's more detailed, it requires more knowledge than just pumping a machine or 3.
Remember - this is a COLLEGE level project! Do some Google searching! Did you find a project that is good? Kinda good? And you want to improve on it ... or revamp it in a great way!
