Be officially hired through the university. Sister Mecham started the process and then some documents need to be verified by the Human Resources Department. Since this course is training for your position, the time you are spending reading this is work time. You can check that you are properly hired by logging this time into Workday. Make a comment on the hour that you were involved in orientation. If you aren't sure how to clock-in, we will cover it at the orientation.
Plan on attending the Orientation Meeting. This is the official start of your employment. If you are not in attendance, we assume that you have decided to not work for us this semester.
If any of this isn't done, please contact Brother O. , Sister Ashcraft or Brother Baird right away.

Chat Tutorial
As a math tutor at BYU-Idaho, you will serve students from around the world by using the chat. For this tutorial, watch these two videos.

Ask the tutor for code for the quiz for new tutors. It will be an answer for one of the questions on the quiz at the end of this module.

Zoom Tutoring
