a generic design business may ask, "what do you want it to look like?"

By Soleil asks,

design | direction | support

• "what is the idea?"

• "what is missing?"

• "what is confusing?"

• "what needs to be organized first?"

• "what does the client need to understand?"

• "what does this need to become?"

• "what materials would make this more credible?"

not every problem needs a faster answer. sometimes slowing down enough to understand the problem exists then being willing to face it and move forward is all it takes.

when someone trusts By Soleil with something that matters to them, that work should be handled with care.

needing guidance doesn't diminish someone's ability. support should strengthen people's capacity to make decisions, not replace it.

when something feels scattered or uncertain, understanding what's actually in front of you can make movement possible again.
