Jacob Harmon
My name is Jacob Harmon I have been teaching and coaching in Byron since 2014. I have been the Head Softball Coach in Byron since 2017. I also have experience coaching softball at the JV and Junior High levels. Along with softball, I have experience coaching football, hockey, baseball, and strength training. I am the 7th grade Health and Physical Education Teacher at Byron Middle School.
I attended college at Winona State University, where I double majored in Physical Education as well as Health Education. I also earned a Coaching Minor and became licensed in Developmental Adaptive Physical Education. While attending Winona State, I was also a middle linebacker on the football team. I participated on teams that won conference championships as well as a team that won the Mineral Water Bowl.
My wife, Katee and I got married in 2018. We have one daughter, Taydem, born in 2019. We also have two dogs named Kato and Nona. Katee and I love being involved with the students and family's in the Byron Community. Katee is the Just For Kix director in Byron.
