"To keep the body in good health is a duty... otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear." — Buddha
The most important Sustainable Development Goal for people to achieve first is #3: good health care and well-being. This is because without good health and well-being, people won’t have good lives and will have a greater chance of death. According to UNICEF and the SDGs website, “It is estimated that there have been over 656 million confirmed cases and at least 14.9 million people have died over the course of 2020 and 2021 due to COVID-19.” This is because many people lacked access to the healthcare they needed, or the healthcare they received was inadequate and or expensive. If we accomplish SDG #3 first, people won’t have to suffer from pain and sickness. That is why we should accomplish SDG #3 first!
I drew hostplies, bandades, and shots to repersent SDG #3 good health and well being. I think It is really important for there to be good hospital and healthcare.

I drew this picture the way I did because I wanted to share a clear message to many people that in our world, we need better healthcare and well-being. On this earth that we live in, many people suffer from not having these things. There are many ways you can help fix this problem in our world!

I drew this map to inform you about SDG #3 good health and well being. I wanted to send a message that people lack basic health care. And that people need more then medicine they need good mental and physical health. Like eating healthy and not being overweight. Good health and well being is a need.

Shaye: This project helped me understand how important it is for everyone to have medication and other things they need to survive
Ron: This project helped me understand what life with our medication can be like. It showed me that if I really wanted to. You can make a difference.
