Position Overview:
We are seeking a results driven TA Associate who is aligned with Bynry’s culture and values to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment with startups and possess strong comprehension skills and attention to detail. As a TA Associate, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates who embody our cultural values and can contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and assess candidates to determine their suitability for open positions based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers, interviewers, and management to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop recruitment strategies.
Manage job postings on social media, job portals, and other mediums to attract qualified candidates and promote Bynry’s employer brand.
Curate and manage hiring-specific content on the website, job portals, and review platforms such as Glassdoor and AmbitionBox to enhance our employer brand presence.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and facilitate the hiring process from initial contact to onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, third-party vendors, and campus placement officers (TPOs) to expand our talent pool and streamline recruitment efforts.
Utilize recruitment tools and technologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in candidate sourcing, tracking, and communication.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
MBA in HR preferred.
3 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with startups or high-growth companies.
Strong comprehension skills and attention to detail to evaluate candidate resumes and assess suitability for roles.
Results driven, proactive, open-minded, and adaptable approach to recruiting, with a willingness to explore new ideas and strategies.
Confidence, trustworthiness, and credibility in interactions with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
