Job Responsibilities :
- Define functional and nonfunctional requirements, and perform GAP analysis.
- Translate requirements into Product Features, Building, and revising the feature board.
- Write SMART User Stories, JIRA, and Confluence documentation.
- Map Information Architecture, define product navigation, and labeling with a focus on UX work.
- Utilize basic wireframing skills with Balsamiq.
- Write UAT cases, perform UAT, and engage in quality assurance with the development team.
- Help design, document, and maintain system processes for the entire product lifecycle.
- Constantly look for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the product team.
