This is your one stop shop for all things related to wellness for you and your families. As we start the journey of a new in-person school year, we are taking so much with us. The Guiding Light page is a place where students, families and staff can find strategies, resources and information. Each month we will feature new curated content to give you some information on how to stay mentally well. We have tools that can help you or a loved one when you're feeling stressed. Everyone copes with stress differently, so we have a room for each style! There is also a resource page where you can find support available to you at any time.

It's almost hard to believe we will soon be trading flip flops for flannels given the weather we've been having, but cozy szn is upon us and with it, another school year.
There is a lot this year has in store whether it's your first year in the building or you're a seasoned high schooler.
