Mindfulness & Well-Being

Teaching emotion management and self-regulation is a large focus of REACCH. Using the Zones of Regulation, students are able to recognize their emotions based on the zone it corresponds with and utilize calming and coping strategies to help them regulate themselves. Zones of Regulation 101
