PA Connecting Communities

PACC contracts with school districts throughout the Pittsburgh area to provide individualized 1:1 transition services for eligible students age 14-21. Our experienced staff help students prepare for postsecondary options with independent living training, volunteer employment placements, and social skill development. PACC offers a variety of community-based activities and resources to meet the unique needs of each student, and services include transportation and liability coverage.
