Welcome to Bowen Peer Support Leaders Microsite
The Bowen Peer Support Leaders (PSLs) forms an integral segment of the Student Leadership Board and serves as an important platform to nurture emotionally-intelligent leaders with empathy, moral courage, and strong interpersonal skills. The Bowen Peer Support Leaders endeavours to promote healthy Peer Support and Relationships (PSR) at Bowen.
The PSLs are given multiple opportunities to exercise and hone their leadership skills by assuming a range of leadership duties, whilst being involved in various school activities, such as the Sec 1 Orientation, Bowen Care-Inclusion Week, CARE-bean sessions, Graduation Night, International Friendship Day, Safer Internet Day, Teachers' Day, and Form Class Bonding Time (FCBT).
The PSLs also serve the school by engendering a culture of care amongst their peers through three strategic areas:
(a) Peer Helping,
(b) Peer Bonding, and
(c) Peer Influencing.
