The purpose of this class is to help students succeed in their Algebra 1 class. To do that, we will focus a lot on building the foundational math skills that tend to make learning Algebra difficult: practicing with "math facts" (so that students can focus on new skills), number sense, problem solving, and various pre-algebra skills. We will spend some time practicing with current Algebra 1 topics, to include help with homework problems as requested.
