Suggestions for creative ways to practice new words with your child:

*Write your words in shaving cream.

*Write your words in sidewalk chalk outside.

*Shape your words in cheerios or raisins (or anything!). Enjoy eating each word after you’ve spelled it correctly.

*Write your words on the sidewalk with a paintbrush and water.

*Dump sugar onto a big plate.  Write your words in the sugar with your finger. Licking fingers is okay :).

*Write your words in glitter glue.

*Write your words with rainbow colors (using markers.)

*Write your words on a Magna Doodle or Etch-a-Sketch.

*Mold your words using play-dough.
