Our mission is to empower students to improve their quality of life through regular physical activity and healthy habits.
We are committed to helping students build essential movement skills while fostering teamwork, inclusion, and a supportive community. Through engaging and inclusive instruction, our physical and health educators aim to develop both the body and the mind — and maybe even improve their ability to throw a frisbee without accidentally hitting someone in the face.
We believe that wellness isn’t just about running laps or memorizing food groups — it’s about learning how to move with purpose, treat others with kindness, and take care of ourselves inside and out. Whether it’s mastering a tumbling stunt, crushing a game of pickleball, or simply surviving the pacer test with dignity, we’re here to support students every sweaty step of the way.
At the end of the day, our goal is to create a space where everyone feels safe, challenged, celebrated, and maybe just a little bit sore (the good kind).
