Mr. Fink
I'm one of the many Michiganders that has found a home in Colorado. I went to college at Michigan State University (GO GREEN). After graduating college in 2007, I moved to beautiful Colorado and have enjoyed each new adventure here. Other than teaching, I enjoy reading, fishing, board games, playing/watching sports, traveling, camping, hiking and so much more that Colorado has to offer. I've been in Boulder teaching, as well as coaching high school basketball since 2011. I love being part of the High Peaks community and plan to be a part of it for many years to come.
Ms. McGovern
I grew up in Connecticut and graduated from Connecticut College in 2022 with double majors in Educational Studies and Dance. After moving to Boulder in 2023, I quickly fell in love with Colorado and am so happy to call it home! Outside of the classroom, I enjoy sewing and just about any other craft, listening to Taylor Swift, playing board games, and spending time with my dog, Toast. I had such a positive experience completing my student teaching at High Peaks, and I feel so lucky to be back and part of the community as a 5th grade teacher.
