Mr. Abhijith U completed Post Graduation in Social Work (MSW) with specialization in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work from St. Gregorios College of Social Sciences under Mahatma Gandhi University. His academic background and professional training have equipped him with expertise in mental health care, medical social work practice, counselling, community interventions, and psychosocial support services. He is committed to promoting individual and community well-being through professional ethics, compassion, and innovative approaches in the field of social work education and practice.

Passionate about education and research, Mr. Abhijith U is dedicated to nurturing young minds and fostering academic excellence by bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application. He has qualified the UGC-NET in Social Work, reflecting his strong academic commitment and enthusiasm for teaching and research. Alongside his academic responsibilities, he also serves as the Coordinator of Value Education, contributing to the holistic development of students within the campus community.

Mr. Abhijith U actively incorporates Information and Communication Technology (ICT) into the teaching-learning process to enhance student engagement, interactivity, and understanding.
