WHAT'S NEW IN HIGH SCHOOL?

As we continue to move forward in Distance Learning, we want to be ready to return to in-person learning as soon as we are allowed. To help you prepare, we’ve gathered some information to assist you in your planning.

Technology Needs

Your child’s Chromebook needs to be enrolled in our management/safety filter. If your child has not been coming to campus this school year (for Camp) and needs their Chromebook enrolled in our management/safety filter, please call the office (209-571-4800) to schedule a time to have it enrolled.

When we return for in-person instruction, the schedule will be adjusted to reflect the increased instructional time.

  • Teachers will be available for scheduled Zoom meetings or in-person with students in the afternoons for support (office hours).

Hume Lake

  • Our Spiritual Retreat is tentatively scheduled for April. When dates are confirmed, we will send out more information.

Lunches

  • We will not be serving hot lunches for this school year. Students need to provide their own lunches. Students will be eating outside as weather permits to minimize large gatherings in rooms. Microwaves will not be accessible.

Lockers

  • At this time, we will not be utilizing lockers.

Parent-Teacher Conferences

  • Parent-Teacher conferences are scheduled for October 29th and 30th. A sign-up (through Sign-Up Genius) has gone out if you would like to schedule a Zoom conference with any of your child’s teachers for October 29th. Please be sure to check your email.

Parking Permits & Agreements

All student drivers will need to complete the Student Parking Permit Application.

For those families not yet ready to send your child to campus when we are on-campus/in-person, Distance Learning will continue to be an option.
