As a Student Ambassador Lead at AM Hub, I take an active role in representing our program and guiding visitors through our campus and lab spaces. I lead and coordinate most of the tours that come in, helping ensure each group has a clear and engaging experience while learning about our technical programs and facilities.
In this role, I am responsible for organizing tour sign-ups through SignUpGenius and maintaining a detailed spreadsheet that tracks all completed tours. This system helps keep scheduling organized, ensures accurate records, and allows for better communication and planning within the ambassador team.
Beyond scheduling and organization, I also take on leadership responsibilities by guiding other student ambassadors during tours. I help support them in presenting information, managing visitor flow, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for guests.
Through this position, I have developed strong skills in communication, leadership, organization, and time management, especially in high-traffic and fast-paced situations. This experience has strengthened my ability to adapt my communication style depending on the audience, whether I am speaking with industry professionals, educators, or younger students
As of 4/23/26 I have conducted a total of 56 tours
January - 7 tours
February - 26 tours
March - 13 tours
April - 8 tours
Assuming an average tour duration of 30 minutes to one hour approximately 70 hours have been dedicated to tour leadership experience.
