OVERVIEW
Summer I focused on Collaborative Professional Learning Communities. We worked to build our own guiding coalitions, used data from a school community to identify needs, and developed a PLC process. A special emphasis was placed on building shared leadership and knowledge about how your personal skills, values, and beliefs impact a team.

The group project used an equity audit and a school's mission statement to create a targeted four week PLC for a specific grade using SMART goals to help reach a school and grade level academic goal. The project was designed through the lens of the guided coalition.
