OVERVIEW
Phase III places an emphasis on school law, special education law, policies regarding Multi-Language Learners, negotiations and collective bargaining, rules and regulations, federal and state policy, ethics, delivery of a free and appropriate public education for all children, and cultural competency. Highlights were conducting a full equity audit of our individual schools and studying a legal implication that has affected our school and/or district we serve.
