OVERVIEW
Phase I places an emphasis on a vision of learning, collaboration with families, community relations, and self-assessment. We explored leadership styles through the use of several inventories and assessment instruments. Additionally, school and community relations, the effective schools research, and a vision of learning were studied in-depth.
