IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ

Welcome September 2023 students and families!

We are looking forward to working with you.

Our office (currently one person) will be working through the review of registration requests for more than 150 new to Pre K and new to K families during the month of June.

You will receive an email if we have questions or concerns about any form.

Once your pre registration request is approved and you are notified via email, we recommend that you plan to check your parent portal once or twice each week through the month of June, to see if forms were accepted or rejected. If you have not received any communications (including form approval or rejection) by the last week in June, feel free to email registration@burltwpsch.org for a status update.

THANK YOU!

TIP 1: Submitting forms electronically AND uploading the required documents, at the same time SPEEDS UP the process, so that your forms are not rejected. Emailing or dropping off your documentation instead of uploading it SLOWS DOWN the process. Our office will accept your email or visit, but it will delay your registration process by several days.

TIP 2: Emailing or calling to check on the progress SLOWS DOWN the process. Instead, log into your parent portal to see if forms were accepted or rejected. If you see no activity on your account after three school days, feel free to email. You will receive email from our office when the process is finished!

TIP 3: We understand that some families may not have access to technology beyond email. You may email registration@burltwpsch.org or call our office to inquire about options. We can assist you, but your child's registration will not be completed as quickly as the electronic option. If you need to email, using the same email address that you used to register your child is much appreciated. Using multiple email addresses SLOWS DOWN the process
