School Facilities Use Forms

Burlington Township School District now has an application, CommunityUse Event Request site. CommunityUse replaces the School Facilities Use paper forms that were submitted to the Business Office. You will be able to go to our website and click on the Calendar tab and then select the BT Scheduled Events Calendar. When selecting BT Scheduled Events Calendar it will open up to the CommunityUse site and you will be able to complete an electronic form to request the use of facilities for events.

The first step is to request access for CommunityUse. The directions for this request are below. Once you have requested access and have been approved, further directions on submitting facility use events will be sent to you.
