Notes from Spring 2022:

We had at least 250 guests, maybe closer to 300. Definitely some good lessons learned:

1. Even though I added at least 20% overage in the paper goods orders, last minute additions and changes to the menu easily used that up.

2. Cups, we should order double the amount requested (drinks are popular).

3. Giving one plate and fork at the entrance and not providing individual utensils at each station will also reduce cost and waste.

4. We can also provide an incentive/door prize for people that bring their own plates and utensil next time. I was happy to see several families brought their own plates and utensils last night!

5. Scavenger hunt was a hit! I handed out ~200 stickers. But, hopefully it was not a big burden for the country table.
