• Students will exit campus independently. Family members will not be admitted to campus until all students have been safely dismissed at the gates (lower grade students will be accompanied to the gate until they are comfortable doing this independently).

• Students may not be picked up on foot in the Yellow Zone.

• Students and family members are not permitted to use the crosswalk in the parking lot at pick-up. 

Entering Parking Lot

• Vehicles are not permitted to turn left onto campus from Trousdale Drive at pick-up.

• Vehicles approaching campus driving up the hill on Trousdale Drive should proceed past the school and make a safe turn at a junction to join the traffic line traveling downhill on Trousdale Drive.

• School traffic must wait in the inside lane on Trousdale Drive, and may only make the right turn onto campus from the inside lane.

Parking Lot Protocol

• Please observe the 5mph speed limit at all times.

• Family members should remain inside their vehicles. 

• Vehicles must join the single line of traffic using the inside lane in the parking lot. 

• Students may only enter their vehicle in the marked drop-off zone. Do not call your student to enter your vehicle from anywhere else in the parking lot. Do not allow your student to enter your vehicle until you are inside the drop-off zone. This will ensure student safety and efficient traffic flow.

• Students may only enter their vehicle via the curbside door. 

• Family members must remain inside their car. If your student is unable to enter your vehicle independently you must park off campus and pick your child up on foot.

• Family members should exit the parking lot efficiently taking care to follow the 5mph speed limit and to give way to other cars if necessary. We encourage families to take a right turn onto Trousdale Drive to reduce potential for collisions.
