All applicants and their guardians must agree to the following production contract when submitting an application. These expectations are taken seriously, and families should review them together before committing.
BY JOINING THE PRODUCTION, THE APPLICANT AGREES TO:
Respect all people, spaces, materials, and the production process at all times.
Attend all required rehearsals on time and remain for the full duration. All known conflicts must be listed in advance on the application.
Be prepared and professional, learning material on time and responding to directorial feedback with focus and openness in all areas of production.
Care for all borrowed items (costumes, props, microphones, etc.) and understand they may be responsible for replacement costs if items are damaged.
Stay focused during rehearsals and performances, keeping devices off and put away when entering the Auditorium and prioritizing production time over outside activities.
Maintain good standing in academics, attendance, and behavior, and follow school expectations throughout the production.
Severe or repeated concerns may result in the following steps:
Verbal warning
Parent contact
Parent meeting
Removal from the production
