From a very early age I knew that I wanted to be a chef. I got my start right here at BCIT! This program gave me the head start that I needed to further my career in culinary arts. I was honored to be the recipient of the culinary arts award upon my graduation. I continued my education at The Academy of Culinary Arts in Mayslanding. After graduating I started working in Center City, Philadelphia. I gained a wealth of knowledge and skill during those years in the city, that I am now able to share with the future generation of chefs.
