Enrollment Procedures
Welcome to Patton High School!!! We are so glad you are thinking of becoming part of Panther Nation. In order for us to expedite the enrollment process and ease your transition to our school, we ask that you please come by the school and pick up the new student enrollment packet and have the following items when coming to enroll a student with us.
Withdrawal form, transcript and current schedule from your previous school.
A copy of your most current grades, attendance and discipline summary from previous school.
A copy of your 504, IEP or any special education testing (if applicable).
3 proofs of residency showing that you reside in the Patton High School district: A utility bill, copy of a lease agreement or mortgage statement, vehicle registration, pay check stub or medicaid card showing the address in our district.
Custody or guardianship paperwork- Please note that if your student CHOOSES to live with a friend or family member in our district without you, then you MUST provide the school with the appropriate guardianship information or 30 day educational affidavit (these can be obtained at the school).
