How to Request a PHS Transcript?:

Options if you are a current PHS student:

• Send via Application Hub on CFNC.org to any NC Community College or University

• If applying via Common App, your high school counselor will automatically upload a copy of your transcript. 

If you are no longer enrolled at PHS:

• Request online via Burke Records Request 

How to Request a WPCC Transcript?:

• For students who took classes through the Career & College Promise Program (CCP) during 11th & 12th grade

• Approximately $6 per transcript requested

• Must have WPCC Student ID Number to order (CCP students do not give WPCC their SSN) 

• Order Official WPCC Transcript
