BMS CHOIRS WELCOMES Mrs.Vanessa Hill 

STUDENT TEACHER - MIDWESTERN STATE UNIVERSITY

Hi everyone!

My name is Mrs. Hill, and I’m so excited to be joining the Burkburnett Middle School choir family as a clinical teaching student alongside my mentor teacher, Mrs. Nesbit!

I’m originally from the Houston area and moved to Iowa Park during high school. I am currently pursuing my degree in Music Education with a focus in voice at Midwestern State University, and I’m excited to complete my clinical teaching experience here at Burkburnett Middle School.

I’ve been singing in choir since the 5th grade and have experience performing in classical, musical theatre, contemporary, and worship settings. Music has always been a huge part of my life, and I love helping others grow in confidence and discover their own love for music.

I’m especially excited to meet all of the students, learn alongside them, and grow together throughout this experience! I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn from Mrs. Nesbit and become part of the Burkburnett Middle School community.

I can’t wait to make music with you all! 🎶🧡🖤

Why am I in Choir???
