The celebration of the Guidance Week, PATNULINGA ‘25 with the theme “Kalinga at Pagpapatnubay para sa mga BulSUan” was successfully held on April 3-4, 2025 and April 8, 2025, simultaneously at the BulSU Heroes' Park and the BulSU E-Library. Organized by the Guidance and Counseling Services Center (GCSC) - Main Campus, under the Office of the Dean for Student Affairs and Services - Main Campus, in collaboration with the Association of Peer Facilitators and Advocates of Mental Health (A-PFAM), the event gathered students and personnel for activities promoting wellness, mental health awareness, and a culture of support within the campus.
The festivities started on April 3, 2025 with a lively parade led by the BulSU Symphonic Band, setting the tone for the celebration. A variety of engaging activities such as Wellness Massage Service, Art Expression, Freedom Wall, and Fun Games offered a welcome pause from academic routines, allowing participants to relax and reconnect. BulSUans also enjoyed delightful treats such as free ice cream and for the next day, taho.
The celebration continued on April 4, 2025 now inspiring performances, including a Spoken Word Poetry Contest and an amazing busking session by the BulSU Live Band, both of which uplifted and energized the crowd.
A fruitful seminar concluded the event, entitled: Katatagan sa Gitna ng mga Hamon para sa mga BulSUan held on April 8, 2025, at the BulSU E-Library Amphitheater, with resource speaker, Ms. Laurene Anne R. Caparas, PhD, LPT, who shared valuable insights and life lessons that deeply resonated with students.
