When focusing on the Core Values of BCPS, the misson is to inspire and equip our students to succeed in life. The Bullitt County Public Schools Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) Framework identifies 12 anchors for a productive program to be effective. They all must function in the highest capacity possible to ensure optimal student experiences and success. Each anchor in the MTSS system must be present in each and every school and are driven by data-based decisions. Teams meet on a regular basis to continually evaluate their effectiveness and work towards a common goal. These goals must be aligned to the strategic plan framework in Bullitt County Public Schools and have a systematic process for continuous improvement.
