1.1 Interpreting Rational Numbers
Rational Numbers are the result of dividing two numbers (non decimal numbers)
Examples: 4 / 8 = 1/2 Can we show this fraction on the numberline? YES
There for the opposite of this expression can be shown on the number line as well.
-4/8 = -1/2
HOWEVER as the definition of Rational Numbers says only non-decimal numbers are rational numbers.
