Belleville District 201 continues to make available the MySchoolApps online Free/Reduced meals application program. The process is safe, secure, and accessible with an internet connection. Visit the Online Application page to quickly access the online application. We encourage you to utilize the online application as it is fast, secure, and will lessen the wait time during the school wide registration process. Paper applications will still be accepted and will be available during school wide registration and throughout the school year in the class office.

If you received a Direct Certification letter from the State qualifying your child or children for free meal benefits for the 2026-2027 school year, please do not submit a Household Application.

Please check with your schools administrator in charge of the Free and Reduced Program to see if your student is already on the Direct Certification list. If so, you do not have to fill out a new application for the upcoming school year.
A new application must be filled out each school year if your student is not a Direct Certification from the state for free meals for the next school year.
Please allow a minimum of 3-10 days to process online applications.
You only need to fill out one application for all students in your household who attend either Belleville East or Belleville West.
If your student is on the Direct Certification list, your students fees will be automatically waived in our Synergy system. Fees not waivable: (Including but not limited to) Music Classes, Driver's Ed., Parking Stickers, Club and Athletic fees.
If you need a Payment Plan for fees not waivable, then you will need to fill out a short term loan application(Payment Plan) from the link located below. Please fill in the top contact information, skip Part 1, fill in Part 2, sign and date. During registration, you will turn this application in to your students' school meal service station.
