Have a read through the Elements of Drama listed in the above picture. We didn't explore all of these elements last term but it is good for you to touch base with all of the elements before we start our Assessment Task and our work on Improvisation Skills.
Activity 2: Response

Choose 3 of the elements that we explored last term (focus, character, space, language, sound, movement, and tension) and write a short response in your digital logbook on how you could use these elements to create audience engagement through a montage performance on 'grief'.
Choose one image from the internet to add to your response that would visually represent the emotion that would be presented in your montage performance.

In groups of 3-5, create a 2 minute performance using the responses and images constructed by each member of your group in Activity 2.
Present this performance to the rest of the class.

Write a short review on a performance other than your own using the Performance Review Template provided (left). You will need to download the editable PDF and save it to your Drama folder on Google Drive. Once filled out you can it and insert it into your digital logbook.
