This Might Get Loud – Battles of the Bands!
Be your experience zero, or hero level, our Battle of the Bands Club gives students the chance to form their own rock band and jam! With 3 specialist teachers on board to help you get started, plus School of Rock equipment, this is your chance to get loud, have fun and become a creative genius of rock-legend status. The program culminates with a Battle of the Bands Concert and an opportunity to record your band’s first single. Don’t be shy, come as you are and leave a much happier and more skilled musician.

The Easter Art Competition is run each year by the Bathurst Diocese. Students will interpret the scriptures and develop a written response to complement their completed art work.

The environmental group is focused on improving the JSCHS environment and environmental impact. Students will work towards raising awareness through writing letters, proposals, grant applications, poster and sign design.
