The school’s resources and support structures ensure the implementation of the IB programme(s)
B 2.1: The governing body allocates funding for the implementation and ongoing development of the programme(s).

Human Resource:
A Librarian has been appointed.
An Early Years Coordinator has been appointed.
A Home-School Relations Manager has been designated to strengthen the connection between home and school.
The school has appointed a special educator to create a supportive learning environment for the students who need help.
Physical Resources:
The library is well-stocked, with additional resources continually being added.
A PYP Resource Centre has been established.
Sports facilities, including spaces for badminton, skating, swimming, and a cricket ground, have been constructed.
The dance, music, and art rooms, along with the computer center and labs, offer students enriching opportunities to enhance their learning experiences.
B 2.2: The school provides qualified staff to implement the programme(s).
Strategies/Actions:
The school has a team of well equipped staff as HRTs and Sub specialists & will recruit more teachers as the school grows.
Some teachers have undergone teacher training, some are still in the process. All teachers undergo 180 hours of teacher training within the school every year.

B 2.3: The school ensures that teachers and administrators receive IB-recognized professional development.
Strategies/Actions:
Teachers attended an IB workshop titled ‘Science throughout the Programme of Inquiry” on 27th and 28th July 2024.
Based on the suggestion of the consultant, all teachers have also been registered for a Cat 1 workshop ‘Building the PYP’ in the month of April 2025.
The HOS has attended the HOS workshop.

B 2.4: The school provides dedicated time for teachers’ collaborative planning and reflection.
Strategies/Actions:
Homeroom teachers, subject specialists, and PE specialists collaborate on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays, as well as during weekdays according to the collaboration calendar. They discuss units, reflect on classroom proceedings, and adjust strategies or learning engagements as needed. At the end of the unit they reflect and record their reflections in the planner.
If necessary, they meet more than once a week to discuss the units, with the PYPC informed, and planning sessions arranged either physically or virtually.

The library is well-stocked with more than 5,000 books and equipped with four computers for online resources, with more resources being added.
Various sports facilities, including areas for badminton, skating, swimming, and a cricket ground, have been constructed.

Every Home room Teacher is provided with a laptop.

B 2.6: The library/multimedia/resources play a central role in the implementation of the programme(s).
Strategies/Actions:
The library of the school is well stocked with over 5000 books catering to the reading needs of the students. The school has appointed two librarians: Academic and Administrative librarian. Along with books, the library also is stocked with 13 VR gadgets, and four computers with internet access for the students to research. The ICT lab can also be used for research. 17 iPads are available in the resource center for students to do research.
Teachers are able to bring their classes to the library whenever they feel the need for extra sessions for access to learning resources Library staff are proactive in ensuring resources that support the implementation of the programme are sourced and made available to staff. The library staff support and participate in collaborative planning and in teaching and learning related to the units of inquiry the library is viewed as a central hub for resources and support for the units of inquiry.

B 2.7: The school ensures access to information on global issues and diverse perspectives.
Strategies/Actions:
To ensure access to global information the school provides NIE( a student friendly newspaper) , iPads, ICT lab, library, guest lectures(to bring in different perspectives)
Also Subscription to Tinkle, NIE, Reader’s Digest and the National Geographic.

B 2.8: The school provides support for its students with learning and/or special educational needs and support for their teachers.
Strategies/Actions:
A special educator is appointed with a clear job description. She along with the help of the HRT identify students with special needs and these students are supported as per the need.

B 2.9: The school has systems in place to guide and counsel students through the programme(s).
Strategies/Actions:
The school is an aspiring continuum school. And it has systems in place to guide and counsel students through MYP and DP. Principal, Vice-Principal, PDC, MYPC, PYPC and the admission team have the responsibility to guide and counsel students about transition to PYP, MYP and DP programs.

B 2.10a. The schedule or timetable allows for in-depth inquiry into the transdisciplinary and disciplinary dimensions of the curriculum.
Strategies/Actions:
The school has developed the programme of Inquiry taking into consideration the literacy, numeracy skills as well as approaches to learning skills. Every inquiry has a minimum of 2 skills with sub-skills mentioned & a review is done at the end of the academic year. The time table is made in accordance to support this.
