The 29.9 hectares of land of the National Soil and Water Resources Research and Development Center for Hillyland Pedo-Ecological Zone houses the Center's Admin building, staff house, old admin building, R4D Vermicomposting facility, and other various facilities for research and development use. It is located between Sitio Maysawa and Sitio Tablon of Barangay Cuyambay along Marilaque-Infanta Road (Marcos Highway) right at the kilometer 53 road marker. Travel time from Quezon City Memorials Circle is 1 and a half hours to 2 hours, and 1 hour from Tanay Town Proper.
