BSA Student Groups

Black Student Union

BSA’s Black Student Union was created in 2019 with the effort to “create spaces for students of the African diaspora to feel safe to speak on the issues that affect them, to build togetherness and sense of belonging, and help students strive for academic success.”

The BSA Muse is a student-run newspaper at the Baltimore School for the Arts. It was founded by Seniors Quinn Bryant and A. W. Taylor, who brought together a group of students from all grades to work for the publication. The main goal of the Muse is to share and support the student’s voices and bring light to the BSA community.
