Model making of "Miniature Tree"
Students of the Architecture Department are constantly working with their hands in their practical classes. Apart from theory topics from 1st semester they work on manual drawing, drafting, model making and various design software. In order to become a successful architect, they have to be proficient in design, drawing as well as model making.They are hands on model making by projecting "Miniature Tree" as an assignment of "Architectural Design-1" subject to students of 2nd phase of Architecture Department.

Today (19th June) the students of Architecture Department successfully launched a club at Daffodil Polytechnic Institute named "Daffodil Polytechnic Architecture Club". Architecture is a dynamic field that encompasses a wide range of design principles, techniques, and innovations. By establishing a Club of Architecture Department, we aim to create an environment that fosters creativity, knowledge sharing, and collaboration among our fellow students. The club will serve as a platform for students to engage in various activities such as: Design competitions and exhibitions, Guest lectures and workshops, Field trips and site visits, Study groups and collaborative projects, Community engagement and outreach programs.

Tree Plantation Program on the Occasion of World Architecture Day 2023
On the occasion of World Architecture Day-2023, the Architecture Club of Daffodil Polytechnic Institute organized a tree plantation program for the first time.
🎄The objective of this program was to create awareness about the benefits of tree plantation in maintaining the balance of the environment in the current context of global and Bangladesh climate.🎄
The main objective of the Architecture Club was to create awareness among the people about the benefits of plantation, so that they are encouraged to plant trees extensively for personal and social purposes.
