OPEN ENROLLMENT 2025

The Bozeman School District is pleased to offer health, dental, life, and other ancillary insurance benefits to our employees and their families.  This year, the online enrollment process will take place through Employee Access.  The webpage contains all the information regarding the benefits package.  The annual open enrollment period will be held from Friday, August 1st - Wednesday, August 20th. 

Benefits enrollment is mandatory, and must be completed whether the insurance package is being elected or waived.  Failure to complete the online enrollment process will result in automatic enrollment in the least expensive, employee only health plan for all employees working 30 or more hours per week.  Any employee who is eligible for insurance and working less than 30 hours per week will have all elections automatically waived if there is failure to complete the enrollment process.

In order to learn more about the health plans and other benefit options, please take advantage of the in person group information sessions listed below.  These meetings will go over a variety of subjects including the specific deductibles, plan options, and tax saving tools. The first 30 minutes will be a presentation on all benefit options and new components, then the rest of the open house will be a free time for questions and enrolling.
