In late January and early February 2021 Termite Inspector Alex Carriaga and Home Inspector Robert Vierra were scheduled by, met by and paid by Fixer Kent to generate inspection reports for the home. There is NO SITUATION in which an Agent should be scheduling and paying for inspection reports for a seller. In practice, they often schedule the inspections and stand in for the Seller's. It's a bad habit but it is part of the services some provide. They have no business what so ever paying for the report, however.
The egregiousness of these reports will be without challenge and the nature in which BOTH inspectors committed INSPECTOR SACRILEGE in the exact same manner, related to one area of the home that contained major defects can not be mistaken for negligence. It's just too gross to lock past, especially when all other factors are spun in.
The total for defect omssions between these two inspectors approaches $100,000. Many of them are just absolutely GROSS. Several of them are health and safety related.
Given the Health and Safety issues both of these people looked past, as "trusted inspectors", they both deserve to be in jail.
When creating the Complaints against these Two Contractors for the California Contractor State Licensing Board (CSLB), we identified a total of 14 Negligent/Fraudulent Acts.
7 for each Contractor. The image to the right shows those identified Acts.
This does not include claims for "Conspiracy to Commit Fraud" which would apply to the many but not all of the Acts.
The images below are from a website created just for the purposes of presenting Complaint Information to the CSLB.
